Vineyard currently does not offer online payments. However, we do accept payment via ACH or wire transfer. See your invoice for banking information or contact our Accounts Receivable department @ (814) 725-8742 x134 for additional information.

Although as a Transportation Customer you purchase your natural gas from Vineyard, National Fuel will continue to maintain the gas meter and transportation lines. If a problem should arise with your meter, or if you should smell natural gas, please contact National Fuel Gas directly @ 1-800-444-3130 (Click here for more contact information).

Yes. You will receive one invoice from Vineyard Oil & Gas for the commodity portion, the natural gas itself, and another bill from National Fuel for the delivery fee, their cost for transporting the natural gas on their pipeline.

Yes, we generally require 3 to 4 meter reads throughout the month. Meter reads are required to help monitor your natural gas usage and are used by our nominations department to calculate how much natural gas should be allocated to your meter.
